银滩健康城建设项目

一、项目情况介绍Project Description
依托滨海新区大量优质房源优势，吸引国内外知名企业、财团、基金公司采取收购、入股等方式，整合乳山市第二人民医院、百合老年公寓、多福山景区、东方国际养生园、长城文华苑小区（建筑面积合计约35万平方米）等房产资源，优化配置，打造高端银滩健康城项目建设起步区（核心功能区）。同时引进知名健康医疗养生管理团队，委托经营服务管理，通过采取集中返租、转让、合作等方式将银滩健康城规模扩大到200万平方米，建成集健康养生、休闲度假、医疗康复、教学培训、预防保健、健康制造等功能为一体的现代化健康城和国家养老养生示范基地，面向全国提供优质的健康养生服务。
     Relying on a large number of high-quality housing advantages of Binhai New Area, through the preferential policies to attract well-known enterprises, the consortium, fund companies to invest in the form of take-over or being the shareholders, integrating the Second People's Hospital of Rushan City, Baihe Apartments for the Elderly, Duofu Mountain Scenic Spot, Oriental and International Garden for Health Maintenance, Changcheng Wenhuayuan Community (total construction area of about 350 thousand m²) etc., much more efforts will be made to create high-end Silver Beach Health City project construction starting area (core functional area). At the same time, with the introduction of well-known medical health management team, entrusted with the operation service management, in the form of centralized leaseback, transfer or cooperation, much more efforts will also be made to enlarge Silver Beach Health City into 2 million square meters and build it into a modern health city and national health maintenance demonstration base, integrating health maintenance, holidays, medical rehabilitation, training, prevention and health care, health manufacturing, and providing high quality health maintenance services throughout the country.
二、项目合作内容Project Cooperation
由政府平台出资2亿元，社会资本参与，招募知名企业、财团、基金公司合作入股，共同建立总基金规模为20亿元的银滩健康城项目；全权委托第三方健康养生管理团队或共同注册成立健康城运营管理公司进行统一管理。
     The RMB 200 million invested by the government, social capital in the form of participation, and the investment from well-known enterprises, the consortium, fund companies in the form of recruitment will make up the total fund of RMB 2 billion to build jointly the Silver Beach Health City project whose management will be operated by the third party i.e. health maintenance management team entrusted with full rights or Health City Operation Management Company registered jointly by the investors.
